  • Unit 40A:
    Heating is provided by a Bryant, oil fired, forced hot air system rated at 85,000 BTU. The system was installed in 2004. The oil is stored in an above ground, 275 gallon tank adjacent to the unit in the basement
    Hot water is provided by a highly energy efficient, 80 gallon Whirlpool electric water heater (model# ES80H123-45D). The water heater was installed in approximately 2015 and includes an "energy smart" thermostat.
    Unit 40B:
